OfficeDrop made the digitization process easy: we label the documents with Post-Its, put them in a provided pre-paid envelope or box, and stick them in the mail. Within a week, OfficeDrop has them scanned and available online, and securely shreds and recycles all hard copies.
Each month, I send off any new paper documents to OfficeDrop and they add the documents to the system.

I first started using OfficeDrop to scan in and save all of my personal paperwork. Then I started using it for old newspaper clippings and other personal things. Now I'm in the process of transitioning my small business to it. It's so easy, you just put the stuff in an envelope and then mail it in. That's it.
The Animal Health Foundation is redoing its website and wanted to scan all issues of the magazines we have published over the years, Animal Cavalcade and Today's Animal Health. We received bids from four scanning companies and sent sample magazines to each to be scanned. All of the companies did excellent scanning work... OfficeDrop was the most expensive proposal but because of the good communications with Prasad and the confidence he inspired we went with OfficeDrop. The job was done on time and the scans look great. The files can be seen and searched by the search engines which we hope this will drive traffic to our website (http://animalhealthfoundation.net). The new site should be up by the end of January 2010 so feel free to take a look at the scanned issues. After seeing the results my wife the "queen of throw it away" is nagging me, the "king of save everything" to send 10 banker's boxes of personal documents to Boston for scanning and shredding!

I decided to use the free trial offered by OfficeDrop and wound up becoming a happy subscriber. I thought I'd give the scanning service a real test so send in a stack of 50 index cards containing handwritten observations I'd collected over 25 years. I'm a minister and these were sermon insights I'd written, sometimes in ink and sometimes in pencil, on the fly. They are a good resource for me but are tedious to thumb through when I am looking for a particular illustration. The envelope arrived quickly after I registered. I placed the cards inside and sent them off. I was notified when they arrived. Then, notified that they had been digitized and were online. Imagine my pleasure at being able to find the index cards clearly scanned and easily scrolled through when I logged on! Not only can I access them from any computer, but have access to them when I'm offline. My originals arrived back home safe and sound. They are sealed in an envelope that will be easy for me to file away. I've got a lot more material to send to OfficeDrop. This service is going to cut hours from sermon preparation. I'm also going to start sending in those piles of monthly receipts we all get. I'll have OfficeDrop digitize them and then safely shred them for me. I'm sure I'll find countless ways to use this service in the future
Just a note to let you know how impressed I am with OfficeDrop. The clarity of documents is outstanding, customer service is "always on", and the ability to search docments for keywords makes finding what I need a snap. We intend on using OfficeDrop for many years to come.
