Scan to Google Docs using Kodak Scanners and ScanDrop

ScanDrop works with all Kodak scanners that support the Twain interface. Other than installing and configuring the software that came with your scanner, you don't need to perform any additional steps to make ScanDrop work with your Kodak scanner.

ScanDrop supports the following Kodak scanners. If your scanner is not included here but supports the Twain interface, ScanDrop most likely will work with your scanner.

Using your Kodak Scanner with ScanDrop

Before you get started, ensure that the software that came with your Kodak Scanner is installed and you are able to scan documents with it. To verify that your scanner is working, insert few paper documents into your scanner tray and press the scan button. If the documents are scanned then your scanner is working. If not, please refer to scanner documentation to ensure that you followed all steps when installing the software and that the scanner is connected to your computer.

Step 1: Selecting the Kodak scanner to work with ScanDrop

Ensure that ScanDrop is started. If it prompted you to login, do so. Then, click the Settings button as shown in below to display the settings screen.

Step 2: Select the scanner

If your scanner has been installed and is working, it will be displayed in the Default scanner list. Select the scanner from this list. If you need to make any other changes to the configuration, please do so and click Apply.

Your Kodak scanner is now configured to work with ScanDrop. Place documents to be scanned in the scanner and press the Scan button in ScanDrop to start scanning.
