- Do I need a credit card to sign up for the Free plan?
- The Free plan requires no credit card – ever!
- How long does the Free Trial last?
- A free trial lasts 14-days. On the 15th day you will be billed for the next 30-days of service.
- Do I need a credit card to sign up for a Paid plan?
- Yes, you need a credit card to sign up for a paid plan. You will not be billed until the 15th day. Cancel anytime prior to the 15th day and you will never be charged.
- Is there a discount for yearly plans?
- Yes. There is a 10% discount if you upgrade to a yearly plan.
- How does your pricing compare with other solutions?
- Alternative solutions may charge based on amount of storage used. All OfficeDrop paid plans include almost unlimited storage and charge $10 per user per month. If you need more just ask, and we will add more storage to your account.
- Do you provide a volume discount for large companies?
