iPhone Interface: The other side of Ubiquitous capture
 As we work on realizing our dream of ubiquitous capture, we are also making strides towards Ubiquitous Access - The ability to access information anywhere, anytime. Now you can access information on the go, using your iPhone. We are announcing i.pixily.com, an iPhone optimized version of the OfficeDrop app that you love. The iPhone version currently supports the two most needed features that you would need on the go. These are but the start of many more exciting features in this front.
- Search (Of course! we would be nothing, if we are not about Search, isnt it?). Like the browser interface, you can search for contents, label or name
- Browse (You can browse documents by their label)

Organizing tip #1 (A new section we are introducing in this edition):
By the end of January, you should have received all the necessary tax documents from your employer, banks and other financial institutions. Be sure to send, upload, email or scan them to OfficeDrop now, so that you have all the information handy during crunch time on April 15th (we all wait till the last minute, don't we?). Also consider labeling those necessary documents as 2009-taxes or something similar.

Public Share and Embedding documents
We know you love the convenience of sharing documents from OfficeDrop, and setting a time-limit on how long you want to share them. You love to be able to know if the document was accessed and how many times. But there are cases, where you want the share documents, more like how you share pictures (One of our users tried it way back in August 2008). So, now we offer two more ways to share documents:
- Public Unlisted: The document is available to anyone who has access to the URL. We dont present any challenge questions like we do for Private Share. When you click on "Share" document from the snippet or from the page view of a document, you can choose how you want to share the document. You can use this feature to share "fun" documents, such as your kids' artwork or your favorite Salsa recipe with your friend for the SuperBowl Party.
- Embed URL:From the snippet view, click on the embed URL that opens a dialog where you can customize the embed widget size and get the code to embed in your blog or website. So, lets say that salsa recipe becomes a big hit at the party, you can post it in your blog, to let the whole world know about it.
