OfficeDrop scanned Guy's book - get it on your iPad!

Guy Kawasaki's book, The Macintosh Way, is a great book that unfortunately went out of print.

As an award-winning document scanning and digital filing service, we jumped at the chance to help Guy break through the limitations of paper.

Note: OfficeDrop no longer offers The Macintosh Way via its iPad app, but you can still get a free copy of the book as a PDF directly from Guy Kawasaki's site. Click the link below to get it.

See How the book went from the shelf to the iPad/PDF!

Guy Kawasaki's book, The Macintosh Way, was published in 1990 and celebrated the marketing values and strategies that fueled the production and distribution of the Macintosh computer. Twenty years later, The Macintosh Way was out of print, but its content had become only more relevant with the booming growth and success of Apple products.

To bring his work back to life, Guy Kawasaki came to OfficeDrop, which offered an appropriately modern solution to his problem. By scanning a paper copy of The Macintosh Way, the OfficeDrop's award winning document scanning team converted his print book to a text-searchable PDF - a perfect online eBook.

It was a complete rebirth. Now, with the OfficeDrop iPad app, Guy can not only distribute his work once again, but it can be read on a device descendant of the very company his book idolized twenty years earlier, the iPad. Follow Guy on Twitter to download a free copy of the book to your PC.

Note: At one point you could get the book via OfficeDrop's new iPad app, but today you just need to go to Guy's site and get the PDF directly from him.
